Order and Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your order.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent, and your order request will only be accepted once confirmed via email or mobile.
Order Dispatch
- We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Please note that products in your order may be dispatched at different times.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: All orders equal to or above INR 499 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders Below INR 499: A shipping charge of INR 60 will be applied to orders below INR 499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Handling: An additional handling charge of INR 30 will apply to all COD orders.
- Prepaid Orders: No extra charges for prepaid orders.
Delivery Process
- Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Our delivery partners aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach the provided address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

- Currently, we only ship within India.
