Refund and Return Policy

At MEINMYSKIN, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. However, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged in Transit: If your product was damaged during transit, you are eligible for a return.
  2. Physical Defects: In case of any physical defects in the product upon arrival.
  3. Incorrect Product: If you received an incorrect product, you are entitled to a return.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@meinmyskin.com with photos and a short Video of the damaged/incorrect product within 24 hours of receiving your order. This step is necessary for us to process your request.

Conditions for Return

  • Unused Products Only: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used.
  • Sealed Products Only: The product seal must be intact. Broken seals will render the product ineligible for return.
  • Tampered Serial Numbers: Any tampering with the serial number will disqualify the product from being returned.
Upon receipt of the returned product, MEINMYSKIN will inspect the item to validate your claim. If the return is approved, we will proceed with a refund or replacementwithin 72Hrs.

Note: If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
